Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We offer fast and reliable delivery for all our dog bed products. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the UK and longer for international deliveries. We aim to dispatch our in stock products within 3 working days from receipt of your order.

Standard Delivery (3-5 days from dispatch): £5.99 - Free on orders over £100

Express Delivery (1-3 days from dispatch): £9.99

Europe

Standard Delivery (2-11 days dispatch): £15.99

International Delivery 

(USA, UAE, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore) 

Standard Delivery (3-17 days from dispatch): £27.50

 

Returns Policy

1. Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return or exchange, your dog bed must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

3. Starting a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@axeldog.com with your order number and the reason for the return, along with images of the product. Returned goods will need to be sent at your own cost, unless an item is shown to be faulty when received.

4. Refunds Once we receive and have inspected your returned dog bed, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that your refund will only be processed once the returned item/s have been received by us and checked by our specialists which can take up to 14 days. Please also note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@axeldog.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on dog beds that show visible signs of use, such as pet hair, dirt, or stains.

Our Preorder Promise

Thank you for being one of the first to get your paws on our new dog beds! We want to be completely clear about what to expect.

  1. Payment: Your payment method will be charged for the full amount at the time of preorder. This secures your spot and helps us with production costs.
  2. Shipping Timeline: We are aiming to ship all preorder items within 6 weeks of order, but they will be shipped as soon as we receive them. Please know that unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. If our timeline changes, we will notify you immediately via email.
  3. Cancellations: You can cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. To cancel, just contact our support team at info@axeldog.com.
  4. Product Details: The images you see are of a pre-production model. The final product may have minor cosmetic or design changes to improve quality.
  5. Separate Shipments: If you order an in-stock item with your preorder, the in-stock item will ship right away. The preorder will be sent separately once it is ready.
